You can use @media print {body{ display:none;}} to specify your print-only rule in a <style></style> section in your page. Some browsers are less compatible with this approach, but all modern browsers should be fine.

File -> Save As -> Web Page, Complete...

Though that's simply the most obvious copy, there's likely one in my cache, and probably in the firewall's proxy server's cache, and maybe in my ISPs cache... and...

It's simply not possible to prevent someone copying a page whilst still allowing them to view it. You can make it require a bit more effort perhaps, but that's about the limit of it.
