CAPS being removed
Considering https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=913734 removes CAPS from the Mozilla code, is there an equally powerful alternative to this security policy system? If so, what?

Presumably the "documentation" at this point consists entirely of the notes stuffed in the code in the above linked bug.
