Any option to transfer Thunderbird folders to G Suite accoun

Hi All,

Recently I started using G Suite for my emails. Is there any way to access my OLD emails from Thunderbird into G Suite. Specially my Sent Items folder emails.

Please help me, as I need my emails desperately into my G Suite email account.

How is the account set up in Thunderbird, as POP or IMAP? Find out using menu path Tools->Account Settings->Server Settings->Server Type at the top right of the dialogue.
