reply all button missing

Hi, I registered just to reply on the thread so that people can get help for this issue.

I solved by right click buttons in the toolbar and choose "customize", then drag the "reply all" button to the toolbar. That't it!

I just looked at mine...."Reply All" appears when there were multiple recipients of the original email. It does not appear if I was the only recipient (ver 6.0.1).

Why not put it into the top toolbar? You can use it from there.

I fixed this problem by disabling Thunderbird Conversations Extension.

I would like to use the extension, but the Reply All button is more important. I may just use the top toolbar, but I would like to customize the extension to get it to work as I would like.

I too am trying to resolve this problem. I've found that if I start up Thunderbird (10.0.4) in safe mode the Reply All button exists. If I start up normally and manually disable all the extensions and add-ons, the Reply All disappears.

I just upgraded to Thunderbird v12 and all seems to be well so far.

Just upgraded to 38.1.0 and the Reply All button disappeared from within the message pane. Have been using it for years, and now is gone and can't be restored. I've added it to the window top toolbar, but that location is far less convenient. I tried the suggestions in this thread - no luck.
