Email to Trash bin instead of inbox, since update

WIN 7 UPDATED
When they went to update it, since then all the Emails for inbox go in to the TRASH bin, when i tried to get them back into the inbox, they go in fine but the next time i have a look there all back in the TRASH folder again, what can i do please thank you.

More information, please.

* How is that mail account set up, as POP or IMAP?
* Who is your mail provider? Your ISP, corporate e-mail system or Web-based?
* Are you using an antivirus and/or a firewall program? Which one(s)?
* Do you regularly compact your folders? Check http://kb.mozillazine.org/Compacting_folders for more information on compacting folders.

Are there any Message Filters set up for that account in Thunderbird or on the server?

No, no filters. (don't know now) i have had some filters for spam mail setup where use FILTER RULES setup, where u use the i CREATE FILTER FROM , i bet your going to say loose the filters ? lol

Dohh, yes ive done it, it was as you've have said the filters Dohh,Dohh, Dohh anyway I'm so sorry to put you at so much trouble over such a trivial thing, thank you again.You would have thought at 65 Id have known better, using them since 1980 but that what becomes of a Stroke, yes it got me too lol.
