Somehow I seemed to have screwed up my fonts. The message lines, From Address, Subject, Date, etc. are all in a large (huge?), bold, italics font.
Honestly, I have no recollection what I changed and where I changed it! Since my memory is not so good these days, can somebody PLEASE clue me in????
Thanks, (he says "sheepishly"...)

Does the same thing occur if you launch the application in Mozilla Safe Mode? http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_mode
If there is no change in Safe Mode, see these article to change fonts -- http://kb.mozillazine.org/Font_settings_in_Thunderbird
and http://kb.mozillazine.org/Pane_and_menu_fonts

Well, problem is FIXED! The culprit? Yours truly - of course...DanRaisch wrote:Does the same thing occur if you launch the application in Mozilla Safe Mode? http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_mode

I started back with the links you provided (after trying the Safe Mode) Then got impatient with the plethora of words. I recalled one other thing that I had forgotten. WinAero Tweaker. I had downloaded it last week and tried to make the display better for old, tired eyes. Fortunately, I reran the program and soon found a botton the would return the display to all original settings.
It even had an UNDO if that was not the setting you really wanted.
Thanks again, Dan. At the very least, you put me on the right track. PROBLEM SOLVED!! YEA!!!!!!!!
