I store my mail in a subfolder on another drive, avoiding user directories entirely. I also use POP3 only, remove server-side emails upon download, and archive my email locally. I have multiple accounts, and in other email clients I typically store all my email under the same set of subfolders.
I just picked up Thunderbird and don't quite understand how it expects users to arrange their folders. I'm unable to select the same directory for "Local Folders" on each Email account.
If I just want to send all my email to my local folders, how would I do this?
Thank you in advance!

You can use the Global Inbox option.
