transferring email

My computer recently crashed and I lost my Netscape 7.2 and am looking for an email client that will import Netscape user files so I can access my address book and old emails. From the discussions I've seen here I have two options, Thunderbird or Seamonkey. I need one that will play nice with Windows 10. I have my Netscape user files backed up but not inside 7.2 as it is gone and my attempts to download a new one have failed. I am ready set up a new client that will be around for a long while with tech support should I need it. Any help would be appreciated.
