just installed Thunderbird Portable Version: 55.0b2 (32-bit) onto a 32GB memory stick. Set it up fine on my desktop pc, all working. Put stick in another pc, ran thunderbird.exe from stick and up comes a new installation, not my emails and email accounts. How do I make Thunderbird truly portable ie. use it to pick up emails from anywhere? Help would be appreciated, thanks. Mike ps. running Windows 10 on both computers.
How did you "install" it?
And which executable did you use? Think for yourself. Otherwise you have to believe what other people tell you.
A society based on individualism is an oxymoron. || Freedom is at first the freedom to starve. Constitution says: One man, one vote. Supreme court says: One dollar, one vote. thanks for replying. Just found out I should be using ThunderbirdPortable.exe rather than the Thunberbird.exe I was using when starting on different pc. Again, thanks for replying.
That's what I meant.
