TB 52 What happened to the color

Post by bob c »

TB decided to upgrade, even though I have it set to not do it. It Installed 52.5. Now with the Fresh Green Leaf Theme, there is no color in the buttons at all. The toolbar--"back-forward-delete-compact-etc.etc." are all gray. The same applies when looking at an email, the header is all gray, like the toolbar, all buttons again " back-forward-delete-etc.etc." are all gray.. Very ugly. What happened? Where's the color. Delete button isn't even red.

You might want to install a full theme like this one -- http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic ... &start=135

fresh greenleaf is light weight theme that only effects the background of the toolbars near the top of the window. They used to call that a persona (till another group stole that name, then light weight themes, and now "themes") . The heavyweight themes that could change any widget (which used to be called themes) are now called complete themes.

They're at https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunde ... te-themes/ . Many are also old, so fewer will probably be able to work with the next major release (which is dropping even more APIs). Right now only one formally supports version 52.* and it doesn't have any colored buttons in the toolbars.
