I have thunderbird with configured email address name@a.org and many filter messages.
Now I create an account name@b.org and Now I want to create old filter messages for this account,

What way do you recommend?

You can copy the file msgFilterRules.dat from the a.org account to the new b.org account as described in this article -- http://kb.mozillazine.org/Filters_%28Thunderbird%29
