Curious to know
Hello... Is Thunderbird free to use, if so, how does one create a new email account and make it Thunderbird the default email client under windows 7? I should mention also, does one need to have an email web mail account to use Thunderbird or can you create a whole new account not using email services like google Gmail or Hotmail but rather a Thunderbird type instead? thanks

Re: Curious to know
Thunderbird is free to use. It is an email client and does not provide a Thunderbird email address. You can use an email account from your ISP or with any of the providers of free email accounts such as Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail/Outlook, etc.
