Thunderbird: v60 (+): Make Address Book Active/Inactive?

Is there a way to have multiple address books, and be able to specify which are active/inactive? That is, only have the active address book show email addresses when in the "To" ("CC", BCC"") fields?

In Outlook there is an option in the folder properties to "Show this folder as an email address book." This is very handy to have when managing large address books and/or multiple address books.

The MoreFunctionsForAddressBooks add-on lets you specify which address books are used by each account for auto-complete. https://freeshell.de/~kaosmos/morecols-en.html
