Convert MSG files to MBOX Format?
Which tool are be best for me and convert MSG files to MBOX FORMAT.

The best way to migrate MSG messages from Outlook would be to have the same IMAP account in both Outlook and Thunderbird, and copy the messages to the IMAP account (using Outlook). That uploads them to the IMAP server, where Thunderbird can use them. You can then either leave them there, or copy/move them to a POP account or the special "Local Folders" account. This method minimizes any potential problems converting the file formats.
If you just have .MSG files and want to convert the file format I don't know what free utility is best. Most of those utilities are commercial programs that convert many different formats. There are some free programs such as https://deconf.com/msg-to-eml-converter-freeware/ that convert MSG to EML. The ImportExportTools add-on will import EML files (either individually, or all of those in a directory tree).
