I have looked in 'HELP', but can't find it !

By the way, HOW/WHERE do I delete an Empty/no longer used Account ? I have looked in 'HELP', but can't find it ! 
Look under Tools->Account Settings->Account Actions button at the bottom of the left hand pane of that dialogue box.
