i use a module send later
i stop it
but i continue to receive Daily user sending quota exceeded i click on ok but un receive again Daily user sending quota exceeded and so on i always click on ok and i always receive Daily user sending quota exceeded

That message is coming from your email provider's server and not from Thunderbird itself. You should ask your email provider about their limits on the number of messages you are permitted to send each day.
