Non Existent Folder

Post by Prince_Rogue »

In my iCloud account I have one folder now empty that I cannot delete. It is unsubscribed. I went online and confirmed it is gone. What must I do to remove it from TB? Thanks.

Tried a right-click on it, selected Properties, then Repair Folder?

I believe WaltS48's point was that if you try the "Repair Folder" procedure that non-existent folder may disappear on its own.

Pressing that does nothing. The folder did not go away.

What's the name of the folder?

I believe an "Archives" folder can't be deleted once created. I can't delete them.

Maybe if the user goes mucking about in the profile, but I haven't tried that.

Its a folder I added named "Bard". I also thought about mucking around in the Profiles folder and deleted the related items within the ImapMail folder but haven't done it.

BTW when I bring up properties for the folder in offline mode, delete is dimmed. In offline or online, the repair button is inactive.

Not so fast. I think the server eas slow to refresh my folder list. So I took a leap and deleted those related .msf files and the folder is gone. I think its good now. :)
