Thunderbird 91.4.0 is released 2021-12-07, 91.5.0 is released 2022-01-11 and 91.6.0 is released 2022-02-08 . It is subject to change if important issues arise.

Note that a release date doesn't always mean it is available everywhere. They sometimes make it available as a automated update initially only for certain regions, wait to see what problems are reported and then enable it for more regions. It depends upon how risky the release is thought to be. These are probably fairly safe updates.
