I want to import my thunderbird profile data

my wife is using outlook and I want to import my thunderbird profile data to her account. For this, with the help of an article, I have successfully exported the Thunderbird profile but not sure how import it to outlook? Is it wiser to try apps like these? or is there any manual free method available?

Export the address books as .csv files. Outlook can import them.

If you use a IMAP account you don't need to migrate your mail, just configure Outlook to use the same mailbox. If you have a POP account you can use the ImportExportTools NG add-on to export the mail as .eml files (which you should be able to import into Outlook via drag and drop).

You can use mozbackup, it's for firefox and thunderbird backup, it works great.
