Hi
I have been using Thunderbird for some time and everything seems to be working nicely. In my day-to-day emails, we send quotes out to our customers and I would like to know if there is way/addon or work around that would show me all the emails or quotes that we have done to follow up and make notes at what stage they are at. Basically something that I can be on top of and not forget.
I am using Thunderbird with mail merge and smart templates and card book and follow up. Follow up is good but looking for something a little bit better to work with.
any ideas or work around would be appreciated.
