have you considered getting your own domain for the help sites?

if your interested i could hook you up with a good deal on hosting for a site such as mozhelp.org, you could easily create as many subdomains as you wanted, such as phoenix.mozhelp.org, minotaur.mozhelp.org, etc.

i can set you up with a domain name for about $9/yr, and the actual hosting for about $25/yr. email me for more info if your interested.
