help? exporting messages

I tried Minotaur with an old email-account, simply to see whether it could handle an account properly or not.
To my surprise, some people seemed unaware of the fact that the adress was inactive,
and I found messages that I definetly doesn't want to loose.

Since Minotaur is in pre-alpha, I'd like to export theese messages to Outlook Express.
First, I tried forwarding them, with no success. I couldn't get my server to approve the messages sent.
Next, I tried to follow the instructions on the help-pages. ( http://texturizer.net/minotaur/ )
OE didn't find any mail in the mail-folder. (tried to identify the mail as Eudora 3.0)

Now I'm stumped. I need to get my mail into a mail-program that works.
Could someone help me?
