Yes, I'll do both, and add a reg key to register Minotaur as the program using mailto: (if the user requests it).
If you have other idea/requests, just post them here.

Can you do "Use Existing Mozilla Profile or Create New"?

Not sure that this is easy to do, but I'll try. I haven't used Minotaur a lot (I played with it a few minutes only, because I'm using another mailer as default client), so things which aren't obvious (like adding a reg key) will probably take a bit more time to be added into the installer.

I thought that might be tricky, but it may be key in the near future to the adoption rate and hair-pulling of current Mozilla Mail users.

When you get done, can you make it download themes, extensions, spam filter settings and make popsicles and coffee? It would be nice if it could keep hot things hot and cold things cold....

PS Through a minor series of file type & reg hacks, my Px/Mino combo now get along well. Mailtos: and newses: open Minotaur and links in email (plain text, thank you) open a new tab in Px. Orbit now reappears and the toolbar stays customized as long as I don't open Moz. I now call it Scrozz. This is on W2K.

Downloading themes and extensions is easy. Installing them is probably more tricky, which is why it still isn't in the installer for Phoenix.
