Some Help from a Thunderbird Newbie Please

Post by Spaz »

Ok I am trying to fix/add the following things

1. When I click on a link inside thunderbird it opens it up in internet explorer and not firebird which is what my default browser is.

2.Is their anyway to add a thunderbird button in firebird so I can click that like they have with mozilla?

Thanks

1. Try registering Firebird as the default browser again by using Tools > Options > General > "Set Default Browser".

2. Not yet.

Ok I have tried what you said above but it still launches internet explorer when I click on a link in the thunderbird program.

Nevermind I was able to fix it. I had to go into windows explorer and change the filetypes to firebird and everything works now. Even the email will open up with Thunderbird.
