Opening an URL from within Thunderbird

Post by mercierb »

When clicking a URL nothing happens.
I am still testing Thunderbird and other browsers as well, so I have made no browser my default.

I didn't find any setting for this in preferences.

How can this function be activated.

Ditto on Linux

I'm having the same issue on Linux. I'm a total n00b with the mozilla trunk and I think that's where the problem lies.

I've got phoenix and minotaur installed down different directories and I am using each directory as the MOZILLA_FIVE_HOME for it's application. Both grabbed my old mozilla profile nicely (great magic there) but neither seems to be aware of the other. If it matters, I've installed the apps system-wide as root and I'm using them as a non-root user.

Has anyone seen this discussion come up elsewhere? Any posts or sites you could point me at would be much appreciated.

Many thanks,

jlk

Thunderbid eh? Is this a new XUL-based app for daytraders or eBayers?
