I won't be insulted if this is dismissed as a Windoze problem (feh), but after extracting thunderbird-win32.exe to a like-named folder under C:Program files, clicking thunderbird.exe gives me one second of hourglass, then nothing. Rinse, repeat. Wild guess here, but I'm thinking I've got a java install problem, and I plan to uninstall, download new, then reinstall. Any other ideas? Thanks!
(Running Win2k Pro as an admin, fairly completely patched.)
