I am receiving a msg on the bottom of the email main screen:
Myemailaddress: Downloading message xx of xxx in important... What did I do and how can I stop it? It is a gmail account and I don't need all the emails locally. "I often take a very long windy road to my destination. When I arrive I often wonder how I missed the shortcut".
Even with a folders Synchronization and Storage setting disabled you have to receive the message headers.
I set it so that when I check my Newegg and Bugzilla folders the message bodies are not downloaded to my machine. You can right-click on the folder, select Properties, select Synchronization, and remove the check mark for Select this folder for offline use. Linux Desktop - AMD Athlon(tm) II X3 455 3.3GHz | 8.0GB RAM | GeForce GT 630
Windows Notebook - AMD A8 7410 2.2GHz | 6.0GB RAM | AMD Radeon R5 Thank you, Walt. I managed to get it stopped which was my concern.
