CTRL+y not working right

Firefox version 102.0
I use an app "PINS 4" the program opens a login page and them when pressing CTRL+y sends the user id and password this was working properly
but now with the latest update CTRL+Y opens a Save as window and an Inspection window at the bottom of the window.

This works as it supposed to in Edge

What is the behavior in Troubleshooting Mode? Menu/Help/Trouibleshooting Mode...

Don't refresh the browser, just go into TM and test.

Same problem occurs

The problem of "Notify me when a reply is posted" is still happening

Problem solved.
The update to build 102.0 changed setting . The setting that causes the problem is "Block Pop-up windows" is checked. Need it unchecked.

It would be great, when an update is done automatically, a notice to check settings should be done. Not all updates have changed settings.

The problem returned today, seems to be an intermittent problem with a bank page and an investment broker page.
The broker login page will come up with an error message but will login correctly on reload of page.
