TotalMessage- experimental html5 rewrite of Tb message pane

the .xpi on mozdev is fine, redownload if necessary. the .xpi submitted to AMO is correct in the queued for review version, yet very oddly the .xpi in the user facing versions list has an incorrect install.rdf in its .xpi.

so get it from mozdev until the AMO problem is figured out. once it's reviewed it would be ok as versions are assigned dynamically, but that could be weeks.

in any event, 1.0 works in Tb 9.0 and Addon compatibility reporter can be used to override.

[edit] the AMO install.rdf is now correct, so should install fine.

Installed in Daily TB 11.0a1 with no problem
