Any word yet from the calendar folks on Lightning for Thunderbird 16 Beta? I updated this morning and was told earlyLight would not work. After the restart I did a find updates in the add-ons manger on earlyLight and it updated me to Lightning 1.7 which does not work with Thunderbird 16? I check both AMO and the calendar versions site and both only have Lightning 1.7 (also checked Win32 Tinderbox but it was empty). Not that big of deal as I don't use this possessed machine that much any more now that I have decent laptop.

I don't try to keep up with Lightning in all the branches (More power to ya..for trying)
From my understanding EaelyLight should have still worked on the beta upgrade, but beta is now TB16 so Lightning 1.8 would be the proper rev No?

Logically yes, but there does not appear to be a Lightning 1.8 build for TBird 16 Beta (just earlybird). The directions on the calendar page are confusing as it talks about going to AMO and click the developmental (other) versions link but that is Lighting 1.7. Also says to check for Tinderbox builds, but again for Win32 and nothing in there. I don't even bother with Earlybird or Daily, unless I need to test something and that something usually doesn't involve my calendars.

I see 1.8b1 listed in the "Development Channel" on a.m.o that states "Works with Thunderbird 16.0 - 16.*". Direct link: https://addons.mozilla.org/thunderbird/addon/lightning/versions/1.8b1

I have updated Calendar Versions wiki page to list the bug numbers for known build problems.
