Sorry for the latency in renewing this thread. (Vacation and Driver duties) Thunderbird 38.1.0 builds are in fact complete, but the release website has not yet been refreshed. That should happen shortly. Updates have been enabled for TB version 38.0.1 only at this time until we get a sampling of the builds performance. Early next week, we will enable updates for versions 31.x if all goes well.
the latest nightly build of daily (42.0a1 - 2015-07-22 windows) the icons at the top right (minimize, restore and close) don't seem to work for me any more. Is any body else seeing this ?
I have everything as default (Theme and no-addon). I have even created a new profile and it has the same problem. The only non-standard thing I have is Windows 10, but Firefox nightly has no problem with it.

It's a default theme issue and I'm on it. But I'm waiting until all FX changes are finished. Because the reviews are very slow I'm thinking of creating a small Add-on to make it working until it's checked-in. But I'm now not in hurry because Win 10 isn't out now for public.
