Are Thunderbird builds 'stuck'?

Post by toolong »

Thunderbird updated to 38.4 and nothing was announced. At least not here that I have seen. I do see a beta for 43.0 which I gather will become 38.5?

But Earlybird and Dailey appear to have bumbed versions but are still suck on Dec 15.

Would anyone here happen to know why? Or could anyone here point me to a place to find out?

43b is stuck on a Mac packaging issue.
38.5.0 should proceed soon, independently of anything else.

The nightly issue is perhaps https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1233509 ?
(you can get a rough idea of recent build fixes or recent checkins that might have broke us by looking at https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=comm-central )

Thank you very much. thank information is most helpful.

I, myself, find information even when 'bad' or at least not 'really good' better that absolute silence. Better than no information at all.

Failed linux builds for over three weeks is crazy - surely this can be fixed without too much delay?

I guess this is what is holding up Thunderbird builds: https://api.pub.build.mozilla.org/trees ... hunderbird and I guess that for aurora builds: https://api.pub.build.mozilla.org/trees ... hunderbird

Hopefully this can be resolved soon.
