No SMTP Servers Working

Hi everyone,

I am on Thunderbird version 45.0 on my laptop running Windows 10. I have multiple emails with multiple independent SMTP servers. Up until a few days ago they all worked fine. Now I am able to receive emails but I cannot send them as every time I try the SMTP times out, no matter which it is. I also cannot save drafts and keep getting "draft not saved" pop-ups.

Any idea what the problem is? I tried restarting in safe mode but it made no difference. I've tried deleting and re-adding my SMTPs but I can't even connect to them to enter the password. My firewall also doesn't seem to make a difference, and I know it's not an issue with the network because I also have Thunderbird (not sure if it's 45.0 though, not home right now) on my desktop and it works fine.

Any advice/insight would be appreciated!
