I've just disabled updates because of a new crash. Unknown ETA to turn updates back on

I am noticing all our PC's have updated to version 60.6.1, except one, which is stuck at 60.5.1. I went to Help:About, and it still did not update, it said it was on the most recent version.

Could this be because this particular PC is running Windows 7 32 bit? I am fairly certain others running that OS have gone to 60.6.1. What else might cause this? What would be the fix or workaround?

When I check for updates the Button doesn't respond.
When I quit Daily, restart and go to Help > About Thunderbird Daily it looks like the button worked and it is is hung with the spinner sinning and "Checking for updates..." showing.

I filed bug 1545879 for this issue.
