Neither is an 82.0b1.

A release candidate is there for testing, but I'd leave that to the professionals.

Thunderbird 82.0b1 is out.

Release Notes.

If you have been using DuckDuckGo as your search engine, and don't see it in the Search preferences, you can install it from AMO.

there is no need to double up , if you feel the need to post that, post it in this thread, dont make a seperate post, i could of done that ages ago. , there's no need when all is in this thread,

I thought the term "redundant" would have been clear enough.

I see none of the details, nor even the mention of it in this thread. Still don't.

I pointed to the thread with the info, since it was missing here. You should just leave well enough alone.

you only pointed to the 64bit Thunderbird. there are more people that use more than the 64bit yanno.. im sure people know how to click Links an find what they need like i have posted here viewtopic.php?p=14863164#p14863164 an on the 1st page in the 1st post, people can click those links an get what they want, just because you use 64bit, doesnt measn everyone else does or use Windows, there are people that use Linux, MACOS etc

The link on the first page gives:

404 Not Found
File not found. Note: if you are looking for a directory, make sure to include a trailing "/" at the end of your URL.

Here is the info I put in the other post. I'm sure it will be useful to somebody. I saw neither this detail nor a working link anywhere else.

thunderbird84 latest nightly is not usable. nore can i make a new Profile or use safe mode in it. it seems like a Graphics issue or Hardware acceleration problem with it
error console doesnt work so i cannot get any trace on it

so far i can confirm its a Hardware Acceleration issue, needs to be disabled
