I am receiving a msg on the bottom of the email main screen:
Myemailaddress: Downloading message xx of xxx in important...
What did I do and how can I stop it? It is a gmail account and I don't need all the emails locally.

Downloading message -- what did I do?
I often take a long windy road to my destination. Upon arrival, I wonder how I missed the shortcut.

Even with a folders Synchronization and Storage setting disabled you have to receive the message headers.
I set it so that when I check my Newegg and Bugzilla folders the message bodies are not downloaded to my machine.
You can right-click on the folder, select Properties, select Synchronization, and remove the check mark for Select this folder for offline use.

Thank you, Walt. I managed to get it stopped which was my concern.

I have corrected this setting a couple times. Does this setting get reset when you do an update?

I haven't noticed, but after checking my latest beta on Linux it hasn't changed for me.BruceAWittmeier wrote:I have corrected this setting a couple times. Does this setting get reset when you do an update?
Not sure about on Windows 10.
