EFF's Privacy Badger

Wondering what the hiccup is that allows EFF's Privacy Badger extension to run in Firefox but not SeaMonkey, and whether it's possible that could be addressed? Looks like an interesting and helpful addition ... It will not install on 2.35, the latest.
