Bill doesn't do x86 builds. I gave him some patches so that he is able to build 2.49.2 with VS2017 and this works only with x64 builds.
2.49.2 are either local or tinderbox builds right now. We try to get a few more bugs out fo the release and updates working so it might not arrive this year.

that's ok as I don't need any 32bit x86 SM builds.
perhaps someday in the future there may be an SM build based on FF 57+ that can use webextension-based addons.

Today I tried to enable the client side decoration on SeaMonkey 2.56/Gnome and it works well
