I just got a Win 10 laptop and installed Seamonkey 2.49.5. Transferred my profile from a Win 7 laptop.

On the Win 10 laptop, the background of the top tool bars is white but the left tool bar is still the grey per the Classic theme.

Is there a way to make the top tool bars have a blue background?

I marked some websites but didn't have time to test it:

Let us know how it works... :-"

Tried the first link which gave me some indication, then did the following:

1. right click on the desktop, click on personalize.
2. click on Colors"
3. checked off both boxes under "show accent colors on the following surfaces"

Works fine now. Thanks for the help.
