Had issues with plugins not showing on my Ubuntu 9.10 64-bit install. But I re-installed using the 32-bit ISO and used the above link to get SeaMonkey 2.0 up and running. Plugins all found correctly, working properly. Migrated my Windows 7 profile as well.

For those Ubuntu/SeaMonkey junkies, this is fantastic!

Have you had any of the issues, problems,, crashes, etc., that the rest of the planet appears to be suffering form with the migration from 1.18 to 2?

I have a test copy of Kubuntu installed and would wait for it's automatic up-date process to install anew. I'm interested to learn your experience, did it copy over correctly, did you have to places it in new folders, was it a manual or automatic install/update?

So many questions, so little time! :D

I migrated my 2.0 profile from Win 7. I've been using SeaMonkey 2 for nearly a year. From the Suiterunner alphas through the betas. Haven't had a 1.1x profile in a long time, so I can't help you there. But the migration went as smooth as butter nonetheless.

As far as an update from the folks at Ubuntu, that may be a long time coming.
