It does indeed include popup ad killing by default.
Also of note, the Linux full installer didn't include Java.
Nice screenshot. the preferences menu looks sweet. I especially like the "exceptions" (black-/whitelist) option and the alert function. can't wait for 7.01 to be released. Does anyone know if it'll be based on Mozilla 1.0.2 or on 1.2. In the latter case, I could upgrade to Moz 1.2 at work and still use Netscape's spell checker

Isn't it obvious? By downloading Netscape 7.01, you deliberately stole a yet-unfinished build of Netscape that wasn't meant to be distributed to the general public. As if THAT wasn't enough, you used Netscape's network resources to accomplish your thievery!
I fail to see how downloading a build of Netscape that they themselves made availiable for a short period of time trolling. How can you steal somehing thats going to be free anyways ? Sure he grabbed it ahead of time but I doubt thats stealing by any means. Secondly last I checked mozdev aint part of the Netscape network. Its an independent site that hosts mozilla based projects. I see images and discussion about the leaked build on the Netscape official newsgroup, they havent done anything about it and nobody sees grabbing this build as wrong so why should this be any different ? He aint a troll by any means
I'd suggest you download it yourself, but that's no longer possible. However, I also downloaded it, and I can guarantee that that is an actual screenshot of an unmodified Netscape 7.01 (providing that the build as currently exists on the ftp server doesn't get replaced).
The entire idea of accusing Hendikins of being a troll is utterly insane though - why in Bela's name would he start trolling? Why like this? The guy's been around forever...
mozillaZine is an independent Mozilla community and advocacy site. We're not affiliated or endorsed by the Mozilla Corporation but we love them just the same.
