Vineeth, you could monitor either http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/ ... andidates/ or http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/ ... /releases/ for upcoming releases, if there is some automated way to take care of it. SeaMonkey provides both executable installers and ZIP versions for Windows.

Thanks! I am sure it doesn't happen if the file is digitally signed. Let me check with the team to see if there is any way we could automatically do it.

SeaMonkey is not digitally signed.
There is a bug for that, but ...

Note that on Linux, new-mail alerts and other desktop notifications may not work given some communication problem with libnotify (bug 1144693).

SeaMonkey 2.33.1 is coming up (matching Firefox 36.0.3 release), no SM-specific check-ins yet.

It looks like one advantage of SeaMonkey taking a few days to validate and build a new release after a Firefox update is that sometimes SM can avoid some of the seemingly inevitable breakage FF has with their accelerated ("We need to be more like Chrome.") release schedule. This time around maybe even miss 2 broken updates.

Firefox 36.0.4 is not a fix for a "broken update", it's a fix for a security flaw discovered in the Pwn2Own contest. (All major browsers were taken down this time).
Tip of the day: If it has "toolbar" in the name, it's crap.

And now with SeaMonkey 2.33 comes, Bug 1146168 - Find bar no longer opens with autostart or with / or ' keys.
Not terribly important, IMO, but just so you're aware.

EDIT: Actually the bug manifested itself in SeaMonkey 2.33.

Oooo... they moved the event listeners... I wonder if that means the findbar works on all tabs now?? :D

The findbar is still there for me on another tab if I open it on a different one.
