seamonkey Setup 2.33.1.exe

Hi,
Each time I try to update Seamonkey to 2.33.1, Iit fails. While downloading, I get the message the file cannot be read.
Any solutions to this problem?

Close all applications and reboot the computer.
Delete any downloaded or partially downloaded SeaMonkey installer files if they are present.
Clear the browser cache (of whatever browser you are using to download SeaMonkey) and the Windows Temp directory.
Shutdown any anti-virus software you are running.
Download a new copy of the full installer from http://www.seamonkey-project.org/
Delete the directory C:\Program Files\SeaMonkey\
Run the installer.
Restart the anti-virus program.
