Or the Windows 10 search function in the Start menu?
When I use that to do a web search it takes me to Bing in SeaMonkey (because it's my default web browser) but I'm not sure what other integration might be missing.

Windows 10 was added to the application manifest as supported platform with SeaMonkey 2.32 already (which doesn't necessarily imply that it's running on it without any version-specific bugs, only means that the build can be run on Windows 10 as far as compatibility is concerned).
