I have been handling cookies with CookieViewer.xul when I am not using Cookie Monster, so I had not noticed the change in the cookie settings. I tried "Ask for each cookie" only once. It nearly drove me crazy popping up. I do not miss that one. What I would miss would be the ability to make exceptions.
