If you look at about:profiles page, it will show two folders for a profile: "Root Directory" and "Local Directory". Why are there two folders for a profile, and what is the difference between them?
I need to grab both when moving my profile to a new computer?
On a side note: Where can I get a list of all 'about:' locations?

Re: two folders for profile?
A Profile is generally stored as two parts in different locations.
When one thinks of "A Profile", one is generally speaking of it as the data found in your Profile folder.
Your wanted data is in your Profile Folder.
Mozilla seems to call that, "Root Directory".
Transient data (cache files & whatnot - that are not normally backed up or expected to be backed up) - while still part of your "Profile" are stored outside of your "Profile Folder" (generally).
This "transient data", Mozilla seems to differentiate its storage locations, calling it "Local Directory".
