How to prevent header in forwarded e-mail

Post by Justinh »

When I forward an e-mail, the e-mail header is inserted above the forwarded content. How do I prevent SM from doing that?

It looks something like:
From: 42 2020 <>
X-Account-Key: account5
X-UIDL: ANAQLDwXT3PRX1zviQk/MPvPkTw
X-Mozilla-Status: 0001
X-Mozilla-Status2: 00000000
X-Mozilla-Keys:
Received: from 10.213.245.137 by atlas109.sbc.mail.gq1.yahoo.com with HTTP; Sat, 12 Sep 2020 15:55:53 +0000
[... and about 10 more lines]

I don't know why anyone would want that. It is a mystery to me.

You can reduce this info by setting menu -> View->Headers ->Normal

Thank you. That is more reasonable.

I'm not sure why a 'view' setting would affect msg forwarding. Never would have thought to look there.
