Sorry if this is a dumb question.

Is it safe to assume that the release note, "The SSL 3.0 encryption protocol is no longer supported due to security concerns (bug 1106470). Legacy websites may still rely on it and will not work with the newer TLS 1.x protocols." is not a problem if security protocol used is SSL/TLS?
