tear off tab?

Post by Justinh »

Is there a way to tear off a tab into a new browser window? If I LMB+drag it creates a shortcut to the URL on the desktop.

The only way I know how to take a tab from the current SeaMonkey window and open it in a new window is, first you need to open a new SeaMonkey window manually (CTRL-N). Then, you can drag and drop the tab from the first window to the second window.
My current rig: Acer Aspire One D257, ALT Linux (Sisyphus x86_64), Window Maker (0.96.0), SeaMonkey (2.53.18.2)

The feature is not implemented. When you drop a tab in SM you basically drop a new link but this will force a reload and not copy the content of the other tab. It may look the same but is not.
