IE Favorites

Hi!
I'm new to Mozilla, build 2 being my first.
I notice under the Bookmarks tab a 'Imported IE Favorites' folder. How do I go about importing IE Favorites into Mozilla? At least can someone point me to a help file?

File > Import/Export in IE. Export it to "bookmarks.html" in your profile directory.
